I recently stayed at Soho Playa Hotel and my experience was mixed. While the hotel was very clean and the staff, especially Cynthia, were super friendly, the amenities left something to be desired, especially the breakfast options. The location is a big plus, being close to the beach and lots of restaurants, but the overall vibe felt more like a 2-3 star place rather than a 4-star hotel.

The room I got was clean and spacious, but it had a strange odor in the bathroom and some basic amenities like hand towels were missing. The bed was only covered with a sheet, which was odd, and I often found myself remaking it because the staff didn’t set it up properly.
